About Lynn Wendt

As a professional with a diverse range of experiences, I have developed unique skills that I bring to my work as a ghostwriter for business, in addition to my love of writing. My background includes ten years of growing a boutique real estate brokerage, where I served as the Designated Managing Broker. In addition, I have thirty-five years of successful software development experience in the financial services industry, where I generated revenue and cost savings by managing complex, global software development projects through implementation. I have worked in various roles within financial services, manufacturing, and insurance industries, including project/program manager, developer, business analyst, and technical analyst. 

My experience includes ten years of Project Management Office (PMO) experience. I successfully established processes to resolve risks and issues for project planning and auditing, including life cycle methodology and dashboard procedures throughout the enterprise. In addition, as a consultant with the Project Management Institute, I have worked to establish global project and program management standards. I am certified as a PMP and a PGMP and hold graduate degrees in MBA and MS/MIS. 

I have also worked as an independent consultant, where I helped establish business plans for mobile technology software development and real estate development start-ups, often responsible for establishing office processes and procedures, including database design and implementation, marketing campaign implementations, and best practices development.

My diverse business experiences and skills have equipped me to excel as a ghostwriter. I am confident in writing in various styles and for multiple audiences. In addition, my project and program management background ensures I can deliver projects on time and within budget.
